SandBlasters

 

Sandblasting is one of the abrasive methods of substrate preparation. By sandblasting, it is possible to prepare all types of substrates, concrete surfaces, stone walls, steel structures.

 

The process of sandblasting is performed by sandblasting machine. In sandblasting machine abrasive (sand) with the help of compressed air, it gains great kinetic energy and strikes the surface.

This procedure removes all imperfections, cement laitance, poorly bonded concrete, corrosion from steel structures and all other contaminants on the surface.

 

Sandblasting of Concrete Surfaces and Walls and Stone Houses

 

When sandblasting Concrete, Stone Walls, all parts of Poorly Bonded Concrete and Cement laitance are removed. The pores in healthy concrete open and can be repaired, or treated with a waterproofing or protective coating.

Sandblasting of steel structures

 

This procedure removes corroded, oxidized surfaces from steel, removes old paint and provides a surface ideal for Anti Corrosion protection, coatings and prevents the process of rotting (corrosion) of steel.

ShotBlasting

 

Shot blasting is one of the abrasive methods, it is used for flat large surfaces. Both steel and concrete.

 

A ShotBlaster is a machine that consists of two parts, a Vacuum Cleaner, and a Shotblasater. Shotblaster, with the help of turbines, the shot gains huge kinetic energy, hits the substrate, the shot returns to the shotgun tank in a circular process, and all the dirt that separates it from the substrate, dust, cement laitance, corrosion, old paint are vacuumed.
This is one of the most modern procedures for preparing large areas, clean and very fast.
